Advisor at the Royal Court and the Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah met with the Regional Director of the World Food Program in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Corinne Fleischer, and her accompanying delegation. The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination in the humanitarian and relief fields in the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe to achieve Sustainable Development Goals and address issues of hunger and poverty in affected communities. The meeting also reviewed the progress of food projects being implemented in Yemen, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. The regional director expressed her sincere appreciation of the Kingdom’s support, provided through the KSrelief, for the international operations of the World Food Program (WFP). WFP noted the center’s tireless efforts to ensure food security in the neediest countries.
