The Rugged and Barren Hillsides of Western Hararge Have Turned into Verdant Green Tops Depleted vegetation in Ethiopian mountains has now turned into green landscape. A case in point is what has sprung out in the mountain of Western Hararge, starting to restore its green lush and green tops as the picture clearly depicts. This is, indeed, the outcome of Ethiopia’s Green Legacy Initiative in Western Hararge.
