Addis ababa: The Prosperity Party (PP) has announced its commitment to intensifying efforts to ensure public benefits in the upcoming Ethiopian year, 2018 EC. Speaking at a discussion with party leaders and members, Adem Farah, Vice President of the Prosperity Party and Head of the Coordination Center for Democracy Building with the rank of Deputy Prime Minister, emphasized that the party will strengthen its work to guarantee public benefits in the upcoming Ethiopian year.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, the discussion focused on evaluating the party’s performance during the 2017 fiscal year and outlining its plans for 2018. In the discussion, a report was presented and reviewed, focusing on the results achieved in various sectors.
Adem Farah pointed out that significant work was done in the last Ethiopian fiscal year that benefited both the people and the country. He noted that efforts in peace and security were crucial, enabling the country to undertake development projects. He also highlighted the pa
rty’s collaboration with other political parties on vital national issues.
Additionally, Adem stated that a more favorable environment was created for civil society organizations, allowing them to increase their participation in national affairs. He mentioned that the party has seen encouraging results in key areas, including reducing the cost of living, creating job opportunities, and promoting good governance.
