Port-louis: The European Union is inviting expressions of interest for a technical security upgrade at its offices in Port-Louis, with plans to supply and install a range of security and access control equipment. According to European Union, the equipment required includes an X-ray machine, walk-through and handheld metal detectors, SAS (air-lock mechanism) doors, emergency exit doors, a public address system, an intrusion detection system, a panic alarm system, and an access control system. Suppliers may express interest in providing and installing all or partial items listed. Interested companies are requested to confirm their interest in participating in the tender procedure, specify the items they can supply and install, and share any relevant experience in similar projects.
