OVID Real-Estate, a sister company of OVID Group, has today officially launched the ongoing construction of housings projects in Addis Ababa.
On the occasion, the company has also carried out sales of houses with 40 percent discount that lasts only for a single day.
The multiple purpose houses offered for sale are under construction located at the center of Addis Ababa.
These state of the art houses are believed to not only alleviate the burden of housing shortages of the capital, but also provide aesthetic value to the city, it was indicated on the event.
Deputy CEO of the company, Daniel Abebe said his company is working to alleviate the demands of houses by offering various alternative mechanisms.
OVID Group is working in partnership with housing development sector stakeholders in Ethiopia with a view to alleviating housing shortage in the country.
