Ouagadougou: The Minister, Director of Cabinet of the President of Faso, Captain Martha Celeste Anderson Dekomwin MEDAH, participated in a direct exchange with student interns in Human Resources during the 9th edition of the HR Cafe.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Captain MEDAH shared his professional experiences with the attendees, expressing his pride in seeing the younger generation aspiring to join the field of human resources management. He encouraged them to strive for success in their careers and offered advice on how to excel as human resources managers.
Captain MEDAH emphasized the importance of exceeding limits to achieve significant outcomes. He also addressed the theme of the 9th edition of Cafe RH, which focused on “artificial intelligence and transformation of the human resources function.” The Minister emphasized the importance of integrating artificial intelligence into HR practices, while being mindful of its limitations. He mentioned that discussions are ongoing as part of the country’s digitalization efforts.
Additionally, Captain MEDAH shared insights into the vision of the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, regarding development and combating unemployment. This vision includes revitalizing the processing industry, implementing presidential initiatives, and revaluing certain professions.
The discussions were facilitated by Mr. Ousmane OUATTARA, the Secretary General of the Government and the Council of Ministers.
